Terms of Service

Family Command Center is a private, noncommercial family project and is not offered as a general public service.

Purpose

The application provides a household dashboard that may display family information and interact with services and devices authorized by the application owner.

Authorized use

Use is limited to the application owner and people the owner authorizes. Users must not attempt to access accounts, devices, or information for which they do not have permission.

Connected services

Some features depend on third-party services such as Google Home. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability, permissions, and technical limitations. Family Command Center does not control those third-party services.

Smart-home actions

Users are responsible for reviewing and initiating smart-home actions appropriately. Connected devices can affect the physical home, so the dashboard should not be relied upon for emergency, life-safety, medical, security, or other critical functions.

No warranty

The application is provided for personal household use on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Changes and termination

The owner may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time and may revoke access to the application or connected services.

Use of connected information is described in the Privacy Policy.
